Dictator Biya Summons the Higher Judicial Council.

President Biya this May 12 2017, convoked a Higher Judicial Council meeting to be held in the Unity Palace come 7^th June 2017. This is coming at a time when he has been receiving calls all over the world calling on the La Rebulique du Cameroun regime to release all Southern Cameroonians currently in the captivity of the regime in Yaoundé.

What are the stakes of this crucial meeting?

This meeting is coming at a time when everyone in the country looks forward for the president to grant amnesty on all arrested so as to be able to engage in a constructive and meaningful dialogue so as to bring long lasting solutions to what has been termed Anglophone Problem.
Many are of the opinion that those arrested should be set free. It should be noted that several months have gone pass since these were arrested, yet no judgement has been passed on them. Each time they appear in court, the case is simply adjourned to a later date.
Critics are of the opinion that the Cameroon judicial system is not independent but rather, they are out to protect the government and that is why they think that it can only take the will of the president of the republic to grant amnesty on them.
In this crucial meeting, we might notice a re-shufflement of the highest arm of the judiciary i.e The Supreme Court. We also expect our own Ayah Paul to be declined of his post. Mr Biya and his supporters shall do everything to see that they keep strong CPDM guys at the top of the judiciary so as to gain the maximum protection they need.

The Publication

Coming at a time when many from East Cameroon are of the opinion that Bilingualism is a solution the Anglophone Problem, the communique from the presidency was signed in French only. Some have criticise president Biya for being hypocritical. He preach bilingualism knowing fully well that he promote it.

Court case of the Southern Cameroons leaders adjourned and what it means to us. Consortium leaders and 25 others court case has been adjourned to August 31st, 2017. That is how they will keep adjourning the case until the momentum dies down. Is SDF for us or against us?

SDF's CALLS ON NO SCHOOL RESUMPTION AND WHAT IT MEANS TO THE STRUGGLE.
